what skill sets should torpedo crew possess. Its takeing forever to load
one torpedo.

Mechanical seems to load faster with my crews. Also having a specialist ... I can't remember the name but one of them helps with faster loading times. I have also noticed German crews seem to load much faster than American crews when playing to game. I use both U-boats and American Fleet boats.

I usually order battlestations, this increases the speed of loading.Also the torpedo expert in the team helps.

Be aware, that if you're in silent running mode, they can't load torpedoes.

is there a mod that has the nomograph only.

Do you mean the time/distance/speed one?

I don't know. I've always used the one in RFB.
