Toddler caught after five-storey fall in China

Delivery men in Ninghai, in China's Zhejiang province, have caught a young child as she fell from a building on Thursday night.
The group heard the little girl's cries from five storeys up.
The men managed to break the toddler's fall by catching her with outstretched arms. At least two of them suffered injuries.

It's China. They have an abundance of people. So many that they made laws to dictate when and how many children a couple is allowed to sire.

I don't know how they treat parents who neglect their offspring.
They will put you to death if you're caught and convicted of polluting now.

Yeah true that but I believe they are trying to clean up their human rights position publicly.
