Missing files

I first came across this issue with the cleveland class cruiser, I thought at the time it was related to the mod, but these same files come up missing in WDAD and the Trigger Maru mod, so it can't be MOD related. The game does run fine simple mods, like the Narwahl and midway career start. Please advise, the mising files are as follows.

data/menu/black80.tga
data/menu/skins/american/gui/intelligenceunits/paper.dds
data/menu/skins/american/gui/layout/dials_us_metric.tga
data/menu/skins/american/gui/layout/hud/tga
and this message.

I'm trying to play some sh4 after a few years off.

i'm getting these same error messages.

any1 know what the deal is?

Someone else had this problem recently.

I thought it might be a matter of not having the v1.5 of the game, but I believe there were other causes.

Try a search of the site using "missing black80.tga".

did you roll back your computer to another save date

ok i have them missing files when i did a system restore when i would get them i would have to reinstall the game sorry couldn't be no help to you

which version of SH4 are you playing, 1.4 or 1.5, data/menu/black80.tga is for a 1.5 version of the game, there is more info in the link below.

ok, it appears i need trigger maru 1.7.6
