GENERERIC PATCHER QUESTION?

Hi Guys
Can you help me out with a question regarding the latest TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_94_0 which contains 2 additional files to the old v_1_0_ 67_0 version.
TDW_SH_NClient_Patch_s5P
TDW_SHSound_Patch.s5P

I am right in thinking that I now have to copy the 2 files below into the new generic patcher
SH_NClient.dll
SHSound.act
