I'm new to the site and this is my first post, so apologies for not going into the "introduce yourself" thread, but as an avid player of WWII naval warfare sims, I want to thank the modders for so much of the hard work and troubleshooting that you've put into making SH5 the game it is. Arguements aside about what SH5 should have been at release are all moot because of the work of this community. I'm an IT project manager and if I had half of you guys on a team, we could rule the world!!!!
So thank you to each of you modders... for coming up with ideas, writing them, rewriting them, hunting bugs at 3:00am, and building a game that has real staying power now.
A special thank you to Dark Wraith because of the sheer volume of work you must have put in to get this where it is over the years.
I will be donating to the site (the price of a video game, that you guys essentially built) to help keep things going.
Thanks again guys.

also, to SUBSIM.com, I've used this site and its collaborative environment as an example of why open source/collaborative coding needs to be encouraged in the federal sector in a brief to the director of OSTP.
