I'm sure we've all been there, virtually. Rockall Bank is usually the bain of my SH3 life, along with the RN and Coastal Command. Now this guy is going to live on Rockall for 60 days.

A British man is hoping to set a new world endurance record by living solo for 60 days on a remote island rock, to raise money for charity.
Rockall is a 21m high eroded volcano, lying 260 miles from the Outer Hebrides, in the North Atlantic.
Nick Hancock will stay in a pod on the rock, to protect him from the elements.

IIRC he made the current world record himself last year.

10 days is cool 60 is insane. Someone should tell him to get off that that rock.

I didn't know there was a rock sticking out there. Is that at high tide or low tide? Looks pretty miserably.:-?

STEED is actually a sea horse so he'd have no bother out there :)
I figured with the global warming, the thing would be underwater by now.:03:

Yeah, that's finally a record worth going after!
"Hey guys, I managed to stay 60 days on a desolate rock full of seabird poop! You can still smell it....":yeah:
Who wouldn't want to be able to show off with that?:yeah:
I'm wondering who is going to supply him with food and water. :hmm2:

He's taking everything for the trip with him in his pod (0.48 in the video contained within the link in #1).
