How do i save a mission. Is there a tutorial for using the mission around
somewhere.

If you wrote your mission correctly, you'll need to check" ignore player sub." under Mission/Parameters bar top left. Then Mission again, down to validate your mission, run it and fix any errors {warnings you can ignore if you want} and click file top let and save.

I don't know of any tutorial specifically for the SH4 ME. There is one for the SH3 ME, though, and they are very similar.
