Hello Chaps and Chapesses, I am trying to find a sig that someone used on one of the forums ( I think of dear old Firewall, but it probably was not him who put it on) which was very appropriate for Remembrance Day, being of several bright red poppies. It was beautiful. I would like to find it, and ask whoever I need to if I can use it, at the appropriate time, to put it in our little church newsletter ( of which I am the Ed) along with a poem that I composed for Remembrance Day some years back. I am about to pass that poem along to another church and thought how well the poppies art would go with it. I know that I could easily obtain poppy clipart from the web, but that sig is especially lovely. Ah, just found it in photobucket related to Danlisa, but not downloadable. Mr Danlisa Sir! Coooeeeeee!

As I recall the year Dan first used it everybody copied it and the forum bloomed with poppy fields. I seriously doubt there is any problem with using it for your sig for the week or however long you want. If you are worried and don't get a reply from him, a simple "Originally posted by Danlisa" would do.

It might be a good idea to convert it from .png to jpeg first, as its is quite a bit larger than the allowed 200 KB file size.

jpeg doesnt allow transparency, hence it's in PNG form.

Sailor Steve, I have it downloaded and copied to a Word doc under the poem I want it to refer to now. I didn't want it as a sig as such ( if you read my post through you will see the reason). What I want now is Dan to give me permission to pass it on to someone else...
