Any mods/tweaks that fix repeating messages?

To me this is the most annoying part of this game, every time I'm tracking a convoy or at periscope depth for a torpedo attack, the crew keeps repeating "Task Force in Sight" "Task Force in Sight" every 30 seconds or so. The same happens on surface with "Smoke on the horizon"! Are there any mods that fix this? I'm using TDW's patch option for "No crew spotting when submerged" but it didn't help with these messages. I'm also using sober's mega mod list.

This annoys me with "Aircraft spotted!" on and endless loop.

This happens when your crew spots a ship.
and the next and the next and the next.......

so this can happen until all ships in the convoy are spotted:hmmm:
also, if a ship goes out of sight - then is seen again - message is triggered.

I do not know if there is a fix for this - perhaps TDW can do something in the exe

Hi Travelly, yes I believe that's the problem, in SH3 there was a mod that would try to minimize this problem. A hard-coded fix would be the ideal solution.
Maybe something like: If a "task force"(Ubisoft code word for a convoy :)) or "smoke on horizon" message is played once, then start a timer and don't play it again for at least X minutes. I know this is easier said than done.
