Also in an Internet minute, Amazon rakes in around $83,000 in sales while 20 unfortunate souls will fall prey to identify thieves.
Over six million Facebook views will have been made and 100,000 Tweets posted, but venerable old-school e-mail is still the most happening method of keeping in touch. A whopping 204 million e-mails being sent out every minute. Even though about 150 million of those are probably spam (http://www.techspot.com/news/46570-symantec-spam-nearing-three-year-low-targeted-attacks-on-the-rise.html), that's still a lot of messages packed into 60 seconds.

Sometimes I watch cars going by and wonder who all the people are and what they're doing? I see houses and wonder the same thing. I read about something happening in another city and I wonder about all the people there.

No, I don't do that all day, or even every day, but sometimes I wonder.

This is nice mind-boggling information, but I probably won't wonder about all those people doing all those things on the internet. All I need to know is what I watched, what I downloaded and who I emailed.

How many millions of people are having sex at this very moment? It's just numbers, and unless it's me it's not even real. :O:

Imagine all those pings sent... as a submarine commander. I shudder the thought.
