Attack and Obs periscopes on the right, why?

Hello! :)

Today i started playng SH5, before SH4 OM for a long while :)

Can someone tell me why do i have attack/observation periscope centered on the right side of a screen??

TBT looks nomal, like in the middle of screen. I hope its not a rookie question :)

Hmm, that is very odd, I do believe that the last time I played, both the Periscopes were centered.
But my Solid state Drive failed, so I cannot go and test this at the moment.

Stock SH5 is with periscope view to the sides.
Modded with any UIs, it's centered :yep:

Good luck with this interface. I am having difficulty to get it changed so that JSMGE can load it. Not sure how to change the files, even after reading the tutorials and watching the videos on how to do this. I am not too good when it comes to altering files. In other words having no success.

There is no need to alter any files. What you do need to make sure is that you upload a correct folder into the MODS folder of JSGME.

When you download the mod, there are many folders in the archive. You need to select particular mods out of multiple in there and place them into MODS folder.

After that you just need to edit the options file with application PROVIDED to you: so no opening file in a text editor or anything like that - you have an application that will read it and all you need to do is select the options.

After that - enable with JSGME...

RustySubmarine, You are right, im realy confussed... i have this 7.1.0ver but in TDW thread i see other mods which are not included in MODS folder, dont know which mods should i active now ;)

If it confusing you so much, there are other UI mods that you can try.
Reaper's UI, CSP UI...

A note though: DO NOT EDIT THE OPTIONS FILE MANUALLY, THERE IS A APP THAT WILL HELP YOU THAT COMES WITH THE MOD - see below.

I don't think you actually went to the periscope... Try actually walking to the periscope instead of clicking on it on the tab menu.
I don't play with SH4Style as I love the SH5Enchanced. I also know that TDW mentioned that SH4Style has a few bugs, but he hasn't been able to spare some time to figure them out.

well, that is the point :haha:
I also believe that TDW has implemented a teleport option (I know he did, lol, I just don't use it ever), so you might be in the teleport menu on your screenshot, not actual periscope.

Hehe You have convinced me to try SH5Ench and i think its even more fun then with SH4 UI ;))

It looks estonishing... now i have to look for some mode which makes sea green (Atlantic mod 1.1 makes it only under water) and some better explosion cause this ones i have look like from cheap action movie... ;)
