I vow not to vote for Jeb Bush if you will vow not to vote for Hillary Clinton. Fair? I think this country has had enough Bushes and Clintons, this isn't a monarchy.

Hillary has a black cloud over her in the names of 4 killed in Benghazi on her watch. She fell on the sword for Obama accepting full responsibility.

Jeb Bush will have a hard act to follow concerning George. The slogans on shirts and stickers will be interesting. End game though, these items will make America not want another possible 8 years of Bush and the Bush-isms to follow.

"They misunderestimated me." :shifty:

Why is Ronald McDonald in the background with an assault rifle?

That's the humor of it. Clinton also has lipstick on his collar, his pants are undone and his rifle is named "Big and Tasty". All in all, it is 1227 x 792 pixels of pure win.

By the mere act of still going to vote you will help to spell disaster. By that you are no longer victims of bad policy and corruption, but accomplices in crime. The problem is not so much a name or a party. The problem is the system itself.

They whistle and you obediently dance.

Think again.

Those are really cool. Washington is crossing the Delaware River, Lincoln's gun is call "The Emancipator", Teddy Roosevelt's battle with the bear acknowleges the teddy bear (but his gun so should have been named "The Big Stick"), FDR in the powered armor references his handicap and is covered in his slogans, and Reagan is riding (reference to his cowboy image) and has a DARE sticker on his saddle. Kennedy is in space as a reference to the moon challenge. There's a lot of neat stuff in these.

I can't. The threat of America's nuclear arsenal was used as type of big stick policy during the Cold War; maybe that's what (s)he was going for. It wasn't Roosevelt's big stick, but that's the best that I could come up with.

Having spent a lot on time on lp.org reading the libertarian position on the issues, they are, in some issues, as dangerously extremist as the Democratic/Republican party.

Why can't we get a moderate party? That's what I am looking for.

I don't agree with the libertarian position on all issues, but i find that i agree with the libertarian stance on more issues then i do democrat or republican. Besides that, i've been saying "screw em both" for quite some time now.

That is the basis for most political decisions. No candidate/party will represent everything you like and nothing you dislike. All you can do is find the candidate/party that only pisses you off the least. :D

The problem I have is that they all seem to piss me off the mostest. :yep:

That is the political paradox we have. Both the Democratic and Republican parties are worse than the other. :nope:

I am leaning towards Chris Christie.

The liberal ( I am liberal myself, it hurts me to admit this) media smears him as a bully, but you do not understand Jersey politics, using the bully pulpit is necessary due to rampant cronyism from the Criminal Jon Corzine who gave the state away for 2 terms.

He balanced our budget, he passed legislation to curb rampant out of control propert tax raises, of which this state suffers some of the highest rates in the country.

He is also a moderate Republican.

That is my pick for '16.

Unless he puts on a whole new phony face like Mc Cain did. Moderate senator to Tea-publican in 7 campaign days.

Christie seems like a good show though, it depends if the GOP gets its act together between now and 2016, there certainly hasn't been the mass self-destruct that some predicted, I think that they might well just step back and reassess their position on several matters and how they are perceived by the average voter. :yep:

Actually we didn't have a senate until 1789, but even then cooperation had to be forced on them. Two years before that the group that created the Constitution we run by were at each other's throats constantly. It took some sage advice from Benjamin Franklin to get them to stop fighting and come to a compromise before the thing finally got passed. Today it might never have happened at all.
