What happens when your base is captured?

I always play Dead Is Dead, and start in '41 or early '42, so I've never advanced far enough into the game to see this happen.

What base do you relocate to once Toulon (or any other sub base that get captured) comes under Allied control? Does your career end at that point? Just curious...

No your career doesn't end.

If you are midpatrol you will get a radio message telling you what your new base is.

If this happens while you are in base you just transfered to your new base , I am not very sure about this one.

I think you need to dive very fast if you spawn there.

I'm just trying to picture myself realising I spawned in a capture base and trying to flee Wilhelmshaven. :har:

I could make it to the spot where they park the Tripitz, after that I'd probably hit a sub net that got moved. I usually never get that far in the career either. Last patrol(First patrol of hopefully a long career :haha:) I got my starboard propellor destroyed off Scotland and had to creep back while giving up chase on a convoy.
