Can i repair the hull in friendly harbor, or just refuel and reload torps?
I'm quite sure not, but i have to make an important choice right now...:-?
If i have to head back home harbor... :wah:

you can only repair at home port, all other harbors you refuel and rearm and also any internal repairs get done as long as it isnt destroyed (IIRC) but nothing is fixed for hull damages
