The music did leave something to be desired, but the footage was great. The tonnage king and Erich Topp. I thought it was funny that he was having a hard time with the handle on the periscope in the one scene. Obviously, filmed in a studio or somewhere for the benefit of the propaganda dept.

Not color, but it is a U-boat video I'm sure has been posted before. My identification is not up to speed, is this a type II? or a type VII with an older conning tower?

It appears that they both both on and off. My guess is they used stock footage of real u-boats coming in and out of a local dock in germany, thus why they had both type II and type VII featured. Awesome find!!
