Once had a shark steak when I was in Cyprus...not bad at all.

Shark is still the most common form of fish in Australia Fish and Chips. We use small school sharks. Very tasty with a put of lemon juice and tartare sauce.

I don't like shark, it has little flavour (although it may vary with the type of shark?) so needs a strong sauce to accompany it.

Now, monkfish tail . . . Mmmmm!

Pulled by ones tail is not wrestling. I was expecting something akin to the shark scene from The spy who loved me.
