HELP! MultiSH3 won't patch filemanager.dll

It seems to think it's running?

Original install: d:\games\silenthunter3
New install: d:\games\silenthunter3-lsh3

Tried uninstalling and restoring from a patched 1.4b install I did yesterday with no success. A search of the forums turned up nothing, but I'd be surprised if someone else hasn't run into this?

Any help sincerely appreciated!

you need multiSH3 in every single installation, in the root direction. One in stock, execute it in admin mode. One in LSH, execute it in admin mode. That should work.

Tried putting one in each directory and running as Admin - both gave the same error: can't patch filemanager.dll while SH3 is running.
