Help: patrolling an area

Hi

I seem to be having an issue with the patrolling missions. when i request the mission it gives me a specific area to patrol (the orange ship sign) however after i complete one or two of them designated areas, it doesnt give me a new one to patrol, and when i click on the mission status from the navigation map, the bar that shows how far along my mission i am is completely empty. i destroyed an 10 ship convoy (no escorts) and i still dont have any update from the mission. i even kept going around in the big circle of the main mission until the deadline is over but the mission then is not successful.

if you understood this, please tell me what do i DOO???

Hello!
I usually draw circle around the mark of the patrol zone so I won't go further than 150km from the mark. I'm not sure is this necessary anymore, actually I would also wan't to know how far you can go from the patrol zone?

A circle with a radius of 105-108 km centered on the mark..

Just go and patrol the area marked as a campaign patrol area (large circle when you click objectives on map view)
Attack any ship you find in that zone and your bar will start to fill.

With OHII 2.0, I've been as far away ar 300km and still got credit for the patrol, but only after I had sank several ships.

I have completed all of the orange sub-objectives and have sunk many ships. i dont get anymore sub objects and the main objective bar doesnt fill, even after i sunk a 10 british ship task force convoy off the british coast.
