I believe not. OH II doesn't add any playable units, to my knowledge.

Definitely not: I've digged any single bit of this mod. There is so much to learn from it, but not about inporting playable units :O:

The only way, until a Type IX mod is completed, is to use the Sort of .IX Boat mod v1a. That will give you the extra range and torpedos of the Type IX.

Tho not correct for the early war years, it's so much better using these mods together.
