Lawyer wants to sue Connecticut after school shooting

He has to get permission from somebody to do it, so not sure that's going to happen. But, because one little girl he claims has been traumatized by it, he wants to sue the state for $100 Million.

Talk about adding insult to injury!!! I hope it doesn't go through.:nope:
