Subsim's stance on hate groups (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_hate_groups)
Subsim allows for a wide range of opinions, politics, and attitudes but we do not accept members who are associated with hate groups. Examples include but are not limited to Neo-Nazi groups, Westboro Baptist Church types, racist supremacists, Klansmen, black militants, Islamic militants, Jewish conspiracists, anti-Semites, posting links to racist music, propaganda denying the Holocaust.

Personally I think that hate groups are to busy beating up minorities or being beaten up by everyone else to be on subsim, but still, good law Neal!

I think this is a wonderful rule Neal. There are so many of these Hate Groups out there. What they do is just wrong and doesn't need to be endorsed or advertised on Subsim.

Seems a shame a rule like this is necessary... :nope:
Although I suppose some people are intent on spreading their propaganda wherever they go...
Wouldn't it be nice if people left their baggage at the door and just tried to share and have fun? Wishful thinking I guess, especially if you happen to be preoccupied with a certain point of view.

That is the reason there is a need for said rule and can and will be cited by any moderator should the need arise.

Then you haven't been paying attention. We've had stuff like this come up on the forums as recently as within the last 10 days.
Really, the rule just reinforces the what has been a longtime standard on the forums. Now it's just in writing.

That is a good thing.
