How to disable yellow/orange/red triangle (target marker)?

Hi guys, I have reinstalled SH4 after a long time with SH5. Now I would like to get rid of the yellow/orange/red triangle that appears in the periscope when focussing on a target. (I want to keep auto targeting!) Is there any mod around for this?

Don't believe I've ever heard of any mod to do this.
Gotta go with manual targeting, you're no doubt going to do this eventually.
It's really not all that difficult if you decide to do it. Plenty of help here.
