I just finished Chapter One about Ruhe's first S-class war patrol aboard the S-37. It is an extremely good book. I highly recommend it to all. :up:

I read it and thought it was a really good book. I actually have it on the iPad. Ruhe is a really good writer and tells a great story. I just started " Clear the Bridge" which is the story about the USS Tang.

I want to read that sometime. It's too bad that Ruhe died. I would've loved to meet the guy.

It’s a great read. I love his description of dealing with the ‘roaches on board his pig boat.
