Jack Klugman has passed away

Jack passed away at the age of 90. He was great in the TV series "The Odd Couple"

May he rest in peace.

Does anyone know what Jack Klugman did in the Army in WWII? All the articles just reference him being in the Army during WWII but do not provide any other information.
