dont get mods

I was trying to mod my sh5, some are quite easy, some have a lot off different litle mods within them (do i have to load them all)
But more to te point i cant seem to find the mods i saw on let````s play sh5 again, he has much more options and whats more he is able to give instructions for example to the 88 gun .
i hope u get what i mean.

There is not a general rule. It depends on the mods you want to install. Have a look at their readme for details on what exactly each of their submods is meant for :yep:

I think what you are looking for is an UI mod.
You can try either NewUIs (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1332669#post1332669), CSP Magui (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1619743#post1619743), or even Ui-Boat (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1459155#post1459155), though the latter haven't been updated for a while now.

i found what i was looking for in "parts magui V3.0 by DR.Jones"

only thing is the mod does what i was looking for, but i dont like the layout (althaugh i think also think the mod is well done) i just dontlike the graphics used.
i know TheDarkWraith probertly has the mods i am looking for i just cant understand how to implement them.

THX for the welcom, althaugh i am new to subsim i played SH when it first came on the market. Lets play silent hunter 5 again got me triggered to buy it again thus far im having as much fun as i did then.
