You have to read this short article about a decision a court made concerning what happened to this woman.
She was on a business trip back in 2007. While on this trip, she was having sex with a guy when all of a sudden, the light fixture in the ceiling above the bed shattered and part of it fell and hit her on the nose and mouth. She filed for Workmans Comp but was turned down. She then went to court and sued for compensation, and she WON!!:haha:
The Judge said that she was entitled to it, because if she had been there playing cards and this same thing happened, she would be entitled to the compensation!

Man, that room must have been rockin'!!:har:

If she where a legal prostitute I say fair game on the compensation but she was not really working in my opinion is this case her job is not to have sex for money so now compensation
because she was not performing her actual job at the time.

This is why I love my country. It's completely bizarre, like me!

Well, if is true she would have gotten the money playing cards or by extension sleeping, there seems no reason to deny the money just because she was having sex instead of what are considered more wholesome activities.

Our compensation law allows for people injured whilst travelling for work (which she was), to be compensated. Nothing bizarre about it at all.

The main interest in this story is that she initially lost then appealed and lost again and then appealed again and won then that ruling has been upheld on appeal by the government's insurer. This case has been going since 2007 when the incident first occurred.

Man to Woman "Honey did the world move for you"?

Woman to Man "Not really sure but whatever it was it certainly smacked me in the mouth"
