SH4/Still have same problem/How do I get v1.5 disk

Thanks very much for the suggestions, I created a new folder in C drive, put a fresh install with v1.4 patch, still encountered the dive plane issue where after about 4 dives, the the dive planes started slow down, and eventually, to not fold down anymore. I use the accelerated time device to speed things up alittle. Could that cause the dive planes to do this after awhile? Does anyone Know where I can get a disk to install the 1.5 version patch? I tried to down load it from the patch site here, but couldn't get to down load.
