Why does my radar keep damaging itself?

I have been playing silent hunter 4 for about a week now when ever i take damage to my radar then gets repaired it keeps damaging its self and wounding my crew so they dont die i move them around only to get more of my crew wounded some of there health are as low as 6 HP.

I tryed diving but i just start sinking like a rock so i cant dive.

Any one know about this is it a bug or something?

Haven't heard of your particular problem, but there are a couple of things that can cause unexpected and unpleasant behavior:

1) Changing mods while in the middle of a patrol. If you save a game, make changes to the mod load, and reload the save, strange things can happen. You should never change the mod load and attempt to play a saved game, unless the save was "in port" - between patrols during a career. It isn't enough to make changes to the mod load and then "put it back like it was." There are even mods, like RUIM, that can only be applied successfully at the start of a career.

2) Saving on top of a save. If you name a save, then save a second time and use the same name for the new saved game, you have a good chance of getting a corrupted save. You must either first delete the first save, then save the second time using the same name, or use a different name. SH4 does not just create a single file for a save. There are multiple files and they don't all seem to be handled properly when you use the same name without first deleting the old save.

Sorry if that's more information than you wanted. Don't know if it even addresses your problem. If it doesn't, hang around. Someone else may have seen the same phenomenon before.
