I was curious, with all the hard core sub folks here, does anyone have a sub in your garage? I have seen where flight simulator gamers will buy/built and/or put together a cockpit to enhance their gaming experience; same with racing games. So, has anyone here done something similar for your submarine gaming?

I did do a search first, but searching for a sub simulator on a sub simulation site, well, let's say i didn't find the needle, but there is plenty of hay in my hair. :har:

Also, wasn't sure on the best section to post this, so I posted it here. Please relocate if needed. :)

You can find him, along with some interesting others, here:

I know someone who has a realistically modelled aircraft cockpit he sits in when playing flight sims but he wouldn't appreciate being named on the forum :)

I believe it is a Spitfire or a Hurricane cockpit.

LoL, that's not exactly what I had in mind Steve, but that would be pretty kewl too! I was actually talking more along the lines of what Jimbuna mentioned about his friend.

I have been toying with the idea of doing one, but not sure if I can secure the space needed to do one, as my other nasty hobby owns the garage right now. I think the panels & controls would not be that difficult, but i would want to use at least three monitors. I'm not sure that can be done with the Silent Hunter series.

Anywho, was just wondering. Thanks!!!
