Don't play much anymore, but years ago my goal was to survive the entire war playing 100% with no contacts using TMO/RSRD, no saves, dead is dead. I often made it to 43 before I died. One time I made it to Feb of 45. My gut told me to stay away from Formosa and complete the war, but back I went. I still remember it, attacked a large convoy, was hunted by several Type A escorts that finally got me....I gave up after that.

Course no sub captain would make 58 patrols in a career.
