There is no "best". There are several supermods for SH4, and dozens of smaller mods, all of which are good. Everybody's mod list will be different from everybody else's. What exactly are you looking for in your gaming experience?

looking for some mods wich gives some realistic experiance, nice envoirtment,

Real Fleet Boat: Literally realistic. Escorts behave as they really did, which is good but can be predictable.

Trigger Maru Overhauled: Tougher than real life, but makes it so you can't predict what they're doing. While it's technically less realistic, it forces the player to behave in a more realistic manner, i.e. being more cautious than the average gamer.

Run Silent Run Deep Campaign: An add-on campaign that works with other supermods. It recreates historical Japanese ship movements, so targets are much harder to find.

Fall Of The Rising Sun: A development of TMO. Adds more ships and makes the gameplay a little easier.

Game Fixes Only: Doesn't add much to the game, but fixes most of the bugs, making a stock version that actually works properly.

There are many more 'small' mods that work with most of the supermods. Which ones you choose are strictly personal.

I agree, good advice. RFB/RSRD or TMO/RSRD. Plus some minor mods.
