The editor of the Irish Daily Star newspaper has resigned over the publication of topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge.
Michael O'Kane was suspended from his post in September while an internal investigation was carried out.

Yes but her boss isn't based in London and hasn't been in trouble with the investigations into press ethics and their criminal action your country has been doing.

That's true but the French have stronger privacy laws and they did blow the whistle first.
