View Full Version : Super Storm not Super News
Been two weeks since the storm I think I've seen more news on the Twinkie than the storm of the century this week.. Lets not forget the folks that lost their homes this holiday week of giving thanks, I have been in the woods this last week killing trees, wounding deer and cutting coyotes in half, aaaah good times so I'm sorta out of the loop.
See, what I mean, nothing to see here move along.

Victims of the superstorm are not looking for pity, or looking to place blame, as in catastrophes in the past.. (cough katrina)
We are rebounding well here, it is not easy, it will be awhile before we get back to normal, but we will.
Twinkies always trump human life, and livelyhood.
....Anything to provide a distraction, from the fat "rubes" to refrain from thinking, so the "carnys" can milk us dry.
Human suffering, who cares.
No more twinkies for fat pieces of middle American obese filth, national crisis.
And now a picture gallery from a seaside town in NJ, who will be shut down this summer due to this, costing local business owners millions in revenue.

But fatasses need their twinkies. I have to agree with Yubba here.
The rollercoaster I rode on as a kid and adult, sitting in the sea is chilling...
Edit: Kudos to Chris Christie, and president Obama, with the quick response, oh and twinkies suck, so does wonderbread, overpriced dreck.

Yeah, kudos to Christy and Obama. Driving the trucks. Staying up all night working tirelessly to get supplies out. Well, maybe Christy was up. Without these two guys not a shred of relief supplies would have made it through.

*gives AVG a big sloppy cartoon-like mankiss*
I already thanked you and your people earlier. I even commended your early response in the other Sandy thread. I did! I'm sorry if I slighted you.
Big kudos to the men on the ground, from the lowly truck driver to the power line worker who came from Colorado to help.
Happy Thanksgiving Soopaman and AVG hope you are in good spirits. My moms church sent stuff out from Savona New York, where I'm at right now. You got a long road ahead of you guys so you take care. AVG I spotted another 50ssomething buick down the street from my moms looks almost like yours it is in nice shape from what I can see going 50mph. I'll miss the Ho HO's and the Ding dongs
