Haven't played the game in a while... crashing when docking?

I haven't played the game in a long time, so I thought I'd give it another go. First two missions during my career went fine, sunk some ships, returned to port. However, on my third mission, everytime I come back to port and select dock on the pop up, the sound starts repeating itself over and over and the game becomes unresponsive.

any ideas? it is driving me nuts! I can't complete any missions now.

What version and what mods are you using?
If it's anything less than V1.4 that may be your problem.

No idea on version. Where would I find that info?

No mods at this time that I am aware of.

Your version will be displayed in bottom right corner of start up page, where you choose career start or quick missions.

The SH4 1.5 version can be bought from amazon for a low cost, and when you go through subsim portal at top right of forum , a percentage goes to keeping this site running.:yeah:
