With OHII I don't think you can. I tried a couple of times but always got the same area. I believe as long as you keep going back you'll have to wait for the deadline date this patrol ends on if you have met all requirements.

When the fog lifts, you'll find you're in the South Pacific around Celebes.:o So as far as a new patrol area...no problem. :O: Although there might not be much action there yet...
