A brief explanation of what's going on with the Collin's class

I visited HMAS Onslow earlier this year, and a guide told me in the aft quarters what the problem is with the Collins class: they're Australia's first ever modern diesel electric sub, so the problems are all trial and error.

If we were to make nuclear submarines, we would have the same amount of problems.
