lost career

not to sure whats happened here but after 36 patrols i cant access my career, ive still got the folder but the first 5 patrol files are empty. With such a loss this might just sink me. Any help appreciated

Try adding an 'X' to one of the patrols and see if that sorts it.

It's a known bug that crops up every now an then, without a known cause. The solution is to change the name of your Commander's folder where the savegames are stored. Go here:

(My) Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\

Change the folder name of the commander that is lost. When you start up the game the savegames should show up.

Thanks for helping me find where careers are stored. Having to reinstall from scratch thanks to AVG. Again. Exception list sorted this time. :D
