This is a different issue. If we're talking about activities between adults and minors, there is a legitimate issue of responsibility and accountability - children are susceptible to abuse, and are not in a position to make consent. But if we're talking about activities between two consenting adults, what is the problem?

I think the state should not interfere in things that responsible adults do with each other, end of story.

Which to me again suggests that regulation of this is purely social - people will allow harmful behaviour to be a private choice if enough of the population does it, and deny even slightly harmful behaviour if it is culturally-taboo. I think there is a case to be made for protecting one's culture, but it shouldn't over-ride the common human right of all responsible adults to do what they please with themselves. Especially when it becomes political, which IMO is just a waste of the government's resources and an excellent way to bully minorities into submission, which no democratic government should have the right to do.

I'm against this one, I don't see anything good coming from every allowing incest. Fact is, it's already a major problem with fathers abusing daughters, make it legal for adults, I think it sends a wrong message to children suffering abuse. I recall news reports from Germany where brother and sister who grew away from each other married and at that point learned that. Should authorities go and tell that their love is illegal? from certain degrees of genetic nearness (? closeness? familiarity? similarity?) on, the probability of offsprings having genetic malfunctions are rocketing upwards, even multiply. Society has an interest in preventing this, because it is society paying the price for it. So if an incest couple by its selfishness and egoism has "handicapped" children - who pays the bill for caring for the children when they are grown up and their parents are dead? Its a project of brainwashing and socially re-engineering of nothing less than 800 million people int he Western world. The very root of it has been a meanwhile terribly misunderstood and perverted idea of feminist movement.

As long as the couple are consenting adults and takes steps to prevent pregnancy then I say it shouldn't be an issue. Legalizing it doesn't mean you have to start shagging your family members, after all.
