im on my fist assignment and have my very first u boat and notice that i only have one torpedo for my stern tube and no reserve spots at all. just wanting to make sure this is correct and make sure i dont have a problem with some of my mods. thanks skippers :arrgh!:

It's correct.. :yep:
Your first boat is VII-A type.. only one stern torpedo.. no reserves and external storage..

Yep, the VIIA has the tube mounted outside the hull, and there's no way to reload it at sea.

To expand upon this, the necessity of having more than one stern torpedo was one of the main issues that the Type VIIB addressed, along with the extra saddle tanks for fuel to increase the VIIA's range. Even with the reload, stern firepower was lacking, which helped prompt the adding of a tube on the Type IX boats.
