At least four people have been wounded in a shooting incident at a Halloween party at the University of Southern California (USC), in Los Angeles.

Campus news outlet Neon Tommy said the incident took place at 23:30 local time (06:30 GMT). Police confirmed that there were casualties.

At least one suspect has been detained.

A suspect was briefly at large, but the university says the incident is now over and the campus has reopened. No students or staff were involved.

It had shut down the campus and urged students to stay away from the area immediately after the shooting.

Witnesses reported a "mob of people" fleeing from the main campus building.

Notice the article states that no students or staff were involved.

Spells another off campus trouble maker to me.

I would've liked to seen some of those good looking USC girls fleeing however leaving their costumes behind.

Now that would make a nice picture :yep:

If I was a strapping young man of the 18~25 age range I'd just one up that notion and invite a few USC girls to my own personal party cut out the middle man. This kind of thing was not overly difficult to pull off in Germany on more than one occasion by someone I might know that was stationed in Deutschland shoot I saw the most zit faced kids have a girl on each arm.Ah the good old days any way that kind of thing is long behind me now I just want my daughter not to be the kind of woman that my younger self would have hung around that and I agree with what ever my better half says.
