Do you mean General Topics forum or Radio Room in general?
Both, but can not be excluded that more threads posted as General topics, I have ruled out mods when they are "independent".

We have 14 forums dedicated exclusively to submarine discussion and games. GT is the grab bag for everything else so that those forums may remain free of politics, religion and the rest.

I thought that was the way it was suppose to be. :D
As the creator of the Subsim Model Railroading thread I resent the implication that the GT is all about politics. :nope: :)

Are you telling me that politics wasn't involved in creating the original railroads/stock? :O:

I chose world conflicts in the vote, but had to think about it for awhile. I like all the topics you mentioned. :salute:

Dunno about that as this is about model railroads but you're right. I did have to negotiate with the wife over space for the layout. :)

Was your wife interested in that space?:hmmm:

Worse. The wife was already occupying the space. I had to negotiate hiding all her stuff underneath the layout.
I voted for all of them. :|\\

Similarly, the only time I got true respite was when I created the man cave.
Eighteen voters, it says little about what you want, very little :arrgh!:
Economy issues of course...We're got to keep an eye on these sleazy traders on Wall Street and here in the square mile. Its a ponzi planet people!

Politically content from U.S. the second last .... could be interpreted that there is much talk about the annual election, :hmmm:

I honestly believe you would have achieved a better response in numerical terms if you actually added your own comments after the 'copy and paste' operation because that in many peoples minds I suspect is how debates usually start...one person lays the storyline, gives an opinion and then invites others to comment and debate.
The alternative and less worthwhile method IMHO would be for everyone to visit the BBC and copy and paste a dozen articles each per day which would not only engulf the GT area of the forum but detract from some of the more interesting articles contained therein.
Admittedly I haven't voted but nor have a great many either.
I do wish you well in your endevours though.

I do wish you well in your endevours though. I understand while I add separate lines but I appreciate your words, this was just a simple idea, and does not say much, the interest is focused on the many places now, thanks
