Any skippers know what the magnification is on the binoculars?, depending on light and the time of day you,ve gotta get pretty close before ye know friend from foe especially some of the bath tubs thats knocking about in the pacific. I,ll go after anything my sound boys tell me even before I get to my operating area. Limited fuel stops me goin on wild goose chases though ! Ended up many a time sulkin about like a snail through goin after ships yer can,t send tet bottom. By th way ! were there any supply ships int Pacific ?,its an Hell of a way from the coast of Japan to Midway never mind goin to Pearl ! Maybe its th game ! I know what you mean about getting contacts, then chasing only to find it's an ally.

Sorry for the late reply. There is a mod called "hi-res_binoculars" in the Download section. I always have used this one

I've tried that using JSGME and it caused sh4 to crash. I also have other mods installed. Is there a certain order to install this mod?
