Searching for childhood submarine game

Please help me

The game was an early PC game
It was 2D
There were 3 difficulties, the easiest one was symbolized by a baby which giggled when you clicked it
I grew up playing it, and my old man played it with me
I will literally pay someone if they find the name of this game

Mh, one game I remember that looks like this was called uhm... "The Deep". I played it on my brothers Amiga 500 - but im sure it was for DOS too.

Loved that game...
