He and his four cronies have already cost the Brit tax payers over £4.5 million in welfare benefits and legal fees.
If his entitlement to legal aid had been stopped he would have faced justice years ago :nope:
Abu Hamza launches bid to halt US extradition
Radical cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri has launched a High Court attempt to avoid extradition to the US on terrorism charges.
The application comes after the European Court of Human Rights rejected a bid by Abu Hamza and four other terrorism suspects to halt their cases.

Unconfirmed reports say that Abu Hamza has escaped from jail. At this stage, Police are unable to say whether someone on the outside had given him a hand.

My understanding is this is definitely 'last chance saloon' for him unless his lawyers can prove there has been some new and compelling factor that has not been already considered by previous courts.
Surely only a matter of a short time period now.

It's over...Abu Hamza to be extradited to US
Five suspected terrorists including Abu Hamza al-Masri can be extradited to the US, ending a long legal battle, UK High Court judges have ruled.
The radical cleric, Babar Ahmad, Syed Talha Ahsan, Adel Abdul Bary and Khaled al-Fawwaz failed to show "new and compelling" reasons not to send them.
Their appeal came after the European Court of Human Rights backed successive UK courts in ruling for extradition.
Judges said their extradition "may proceed immediately".
A Home Office spokesman, meanwhile, welcomed the decision and said it was "working to extradite these men as quickly as possible".
The BBC understands two US civilian jets - one of which is registered to the US Department of Justice - are on the tarmac at an air base in eastern England

Abu Hamza Legal Fee's = £4.5 million under pink and fluffy British/European Goverment.
Other options:-

Actually we do not have as many of those as you seem to think that we do.Some of the ones sent to Afghanistan back in the late 90's failed to kill the intended target over a decade later Navy Seals finished the job. TLAMs are great for certain types of targets ones that have a high likely hood of moving are not one of them you use a TLAM to destroy a high value enemy structure like a command and control facility for killing a living moving enemy you need something like a JADAM or and Hellfire launched from a UAV something that can see and react to changes quickly the up side is that these are cheaper than a TLAM which costs $1.45 million a pop just for the missile.

The one's we have in our "bomb shop" on the boat dont cost anywhere near that much and they are the upgraded "block 4" TLAM's which can be handed over in mid flight to jets and spec ops on the ground for guidance, and as for not having many of them, i beg to differ as I happened to see plenty of these in one of our ordnance depots, and dont even get me started at whats stored underground in the "Rock of Gibralta" :D
