Does anyone know how to remove the randomizer from the radio and gramophone so that the music tracks play in consecutive order as in SH 3. I am fed up with the radio playing the same track over sometimes as many as 3 times in a row. Speaking of music tracks, anyone heard the theme music for the French based gameshow Fort Boyard, it goes very well with the sim!!

What tracks are you talking about? If you're using the stock game tracks, there's only one of each, so they'll just play over and over. If you're using other music, if you don't have a lot, they'll tend to play over and over too. See the Music link in my sig for enough files to combat that issue.
And FTR, the gramophone doesn't randomize like the radio does. You have to use an external program to randomly rename the files in the gramophone folder.

I have 8 radio stations installed and each one has at least 35 music tracks installed, some I hardly ever hear, others I hear over and over again, thats why I want the randomiser removed.

As far as I know, it can't be removed.
