Where to put patch for missing eyeballs???

Greetings,

Can anbody tell me where to put the patch I downloaded to fix the problem with the demonic looking crew.
I wan't to get rid of that problem.
The crew remind me about the eyeless captain in the scifi movie "Event Horizon".
Who stated you don't need eyes for where we are going.
Apperently my sub also found his way to that same piece of hell, filling her with eyeless diabolic nazies. Very disturbing indeed!

the eye's have it :D this mod fixes the eyes and a few others as well.

One other question if I may,
What other changes will be made if I install this mod???
This is the first mod I will install, I'm not looking for big changes ingame.
However if this mod fixes various faults like the missing eyes, this is sertainly what I'm looking for. Therefor I want to know what, besides the eyes will be altered.

Does anyone else get issues with TMO where the crew doesn't vacate the bridge when the boat's submerged?
