ive got the 5 AMC ships, 1 aircraft carrier, 50,000 tons, and 100,000 tons, done, but i cant advance, whys that? (see screenshots)

You haven't completed the last mission - "OPERATION WESERUBUNG"

The problem I had was that I had to sink the Royal Navy but I had less than 2 weeks to complete. If you run out of time its no biggie just continue and the game will take you to the next campaign.
