Hello Captains,

I have been MIA for some time just floating around aimless out in sea :) My last post was about 2009 so please forgive me.

After the win 7 upgrade I have been depressed about SH III, I have SH IV but gameplay tended to get boring. Now I like to come back and play SHIV but I need some advice.

I like to get a list from you of the best mods for gameplay here is what i am looking for.

Gameplay

1. When I played SHIV the Japenese fleets were not aggresive, like the british fleets in SHIII. Is there a mod now that will keep it real in regards of hunting for you?

2. Music and radio update in real time Like I had in SH III

3. Real damage to the ships

4. Enviroment, for real waves in the pacific during storms etc.

5. Skins and new ships to put in the enemy fleet would rock.

I ask for this help due to I don't know what the hell I am looking at anylonger :) it's been some time. I don't even know what i have to download to unzip these mods. Anything is helpful.

Oh i also have 1.5V

Thank you and God Bless

Con

I would get...

TMO (makes escorts smarter and tougher as well as serveral other tweaks, generally makes the game more realistic)

RSRDC (A new and much better constructed fleetboat campaign), FOTRS (I haven't tried yet but it sounds good!), WDAD (a Royal Navy Campaing!), or OM (haven't played yet but seems really popular, german U-boat campaign in the Atlantic and pacific theaters)...

Improved Stock Environment (greatly improves the graphics)

Theres several choices and all pretty awesome!
These two pages are also great places to help research new mods to try...

Hope this helps!

Good Hunting!
