I have CnC: The First Decade - and am having some struggles with it. I can get everything to run - but it seems that Red Alert 2, its expansion, Generals and its expansion both don't game speed controls. I found that Yuri's Revenge does if you use the -speedcontrol switch, but that doesn't work with RA2 or the Generals series.
I have tried editing the rules.ini file as well - still no joy. Note I am speaking purely about the SP campaign only - skirmish of course has the game speed slider.
Do any of you know of a mod, switch or other way to either enable the slider in SP mode for these three games - or other way to slow the game down (that is reasonable)?
