Boat thinks I'm submerged?

Sometimes when I surface the boat thinks i'm still under water. And my CO2 levels keep rising and no deck crew appears.
Is there a work around to this Bug?

I think this solved the CO2 issue, but the watch crew still doesn't go up to the bridge.
So my boat is blind from this stage.
I noticed getting very close to an enemy merchant but no 'Ship in sight' message came. The ship evently spotted me and went zig zagging.

You should enable my Decks awash patch and my Crew wake-up patch :yep:
